It all began in 1987 when Tom Halter took a job in production at Beaver Motor Coaches. A tenacious worker, with innovative ideas and leadership skills, he quickly moved through the production ranks, gaining respect of both employees and management. In 1994 he took his skills to the service center as a technician, where he also moved through the ranks of the service floor, moving upward to the position of service manager in 2001. Tom’s leadership and integrity for the last 10 years as a manager has provided his clients with the quality service experience that every customer deserves.
And this has led us to the next chapter….Ownership.
The mission at Advantage RV Repair and Service is always as it has been with Tom. Taking care of customers, whether it be simply providing tech support over the phone, major or minor repairs or service to your RV, or bringing your coach back to “like new” after that unfortunate accident.
